1. After receiving the package, what points should be noted when assembling the display box?
Before assembly, please do not remove the protective film. Check for any damage to each component and confirm that there are no problems before removing the protective film and assembling it in order.

2. Why isn't the display box assembled when received?
Our sheets are high-definition transparent organic sheets, and the probability of damage during overseas transportation is extremely high if assembled beforehand. Therefore, it is necessary to assemble the display box by yourself according to the installation after receiving the product.

3. Why aren't the received acrylic sheets transparent?
To avoid damage to the sheets, each side of the sheets is covered with protective film. After cutting and production, some sheets may have rough edges or black or yellow staisn on the surface, which is normal. When you receive the product, simply peel off the protective film to reveal a clear and transparent sheet.

4. Why there're Chinese on the sheets?
The Chinese on the protective film are printed during production or hand-written by warehouse staff. When you peel off the protective film to reveal a clear and transparent sheet.

5. How do I peel off the protective film?
Our package includes a small round acrylic board which is a tool to peel off the protective film. Something hard like a key, or coin can help also.

6. Is the display box size labeled on the internal or external dimensions?
The size labeled is the internal dimension. The external dimensions of the length and width are about 1.5cm larger than the internal dimensions.

7. Will there be any errors in the grooves of the sheet?
Due to machine cutting, there may be an error of 0.3 millimeters, which does not affect the installation and is a normal occurrence, not a quality issue.
